Producing wood chips is an environment-friendly activity because brush growing on ditchbanks, cutting waste, wooden construction waste, and tree stumps can serve as the raw material for this process.<\/strong> Brush cutting, clearing ditches and waysides, collecting cutting waste, and forest management change the overall look of nature, while making management easier and cheaper.<\/p>

Wood chips are produced with special chippers, the production capacity of which is up to 200 m3 of finished products per hour.<\/strong> The material to be chopped must be stored in a hard surface yard and access must be provided via roads that are suitable for heavy trucks, so that the chipper and chopping truck have sufficient space for manoeuvring and the roads must not have any restrictions in place on heavy trucks.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The volume of wood chips is measured based on the finished product\u2019s output. The minimum amount of chopping is 90 m3 (approximately the load for 1 chopping truck). When cutting, shipping, and storing energy wood, it is crucial to monitor that the wood does not include soil, stones, shrub trunks with roots, metal, concrete or asphalt, plastic or glass, etc. If the previously mentioned particles are found in the chopped wood, the quality and price of the wood chips will be significantly decreased and, in a worst-case scenario, significant damage may be caused to the chipper. The price of wood chips depends on the location (shipment distance to the warehouse or boiler house), wood quality, processing conditions, and volume.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
